Fun times again as the 'late night degenerates' gathered on the virtual felts of Lock Poker for the weekly thrill we know as the Impromptu. And once again, Curt and Tami were 'on the air' at LuvinPoker radio calling the game as they saw it.
And what Tami saw was an early trip to the rail at the hands of her cohost, QQ vs JJ :)
And that set the stage, and the battle was on. Eighteen players made the start, but only nine could make the final table, and as the competition was thinned, I found myself, for the second week in a row, going out in tenth place and breaking the final table bubble. We would reseat with these nine fine players . . . .
The fight for the glory was tough, but there was also a little money on the line, and one player would come up just short, as Island21 would break the money bubble, eliminated on this hand . . .
The top three, all members of the Angels Clan, hold some twelve Impromptu titles between them. They all know how to win this game, so doing that would surely be a challenge. First to fall was DrRunGood1, his run good having run out :) This left us Heads up with Shyne42 and Lil Ms Pushy.
But this night was all Shyne42's as he would take victory, his sixth, on this final hand . . . .
Congratulations to Shyne42, as he becomes only the fourth player to win six Impromptu titles!!
And a great runner up finish for Lil Ms Pushy!!!!
