But please don't feel under appreciated or slighted, I'm here to acknowledge the great players who fought their way to victory in the last five games, ultimately hoisting the coveted Impromptu Cup!!!!
Going back to May 18th, we saw the Fabolous1, aka DrRunGood1, take down the competition and defeat LeanToo in a heads up match to win his seventh Impromptu title. This put him on Par with Eirkur, SuddenMoves, and SWEETTHANG for fourth on the all-time win list
On May 25th, we saw one of the old guard finally break a long streak between wins, and take down his fifth title. Jake has been on four wins for quite some time, but this week he would top the field as he stormed his way to the victory. Congrats Jake, aka fishtrapper!!
The first of June brought us a new member of the club of Impromptu winners, as one of our newest 'late night degenerate' broke through for his first Impromptu Cup! BearPlay is always fun to play with, and a formidable opponent on the felts, and it was obvious he would soon become an Impromptu winner. His victory in this game is sure to be only the first of many.
My on air cohost ran me over on her way to demolishing the field in what can only be described as a massacre, firmly establishing herself as one of the greats of this game, as well as one tough competitor! This is Tami's sixth Impromptu title, congratulations Tbone9!!
This brings us to last night's game, with both WillMingle and BearPlay looking to become repeat winners of the Impromptu. They gave us a great back and forth heads up battle to the very end. It would be WillMingle who would come away victorious, taking his second Impromptu Cup!!
